Zefir Calendar

Google and Outlook calendars in one Windows tray

Your personal plans are in Google Calendar. Meetings are in a work Outlook or Microsoft 365 account. When you need to know what's next, opening two calendars can be more work than the check itself.

On Windows 11, you can put both calendars in one app. If you want to check them without opening a full calendar window, Zefir Calendar offers a compact panel from its own icon in the system tray, near the clock.

Ways to view Google and Outlook together

Use Outlook

Outlook can show a Google calendar alongside a work calendar. Depending on your Outlook version and work account, you may be able to add a personal calendar to a work account or subscribe to a Google calendar. A subscription can be useful for viewing events, but it is not the same as a direct, editable Google connection. This is a sensible choice if you already live in Outlook and do not mind opening it to check your schedule.

Keep both calendars in browser tabs

Google Calendar and Outlook on the web work without an extra desktop calendar app. You can also make a browser shortcut for either service. This costs nothing, but checking the two schedules still means switching windows or tabs.

What Zefir Calendar changes

Zefir Calendar connects to Google Calendar and Outlook or Microsoft 365 separately, then shows their events together in a compact Windows 11 panel. Click its system tray icon to look at your schedule and return to what you were doing. It does not replace the Windows clock or move your events from one account into the other.

You can choose which connected calendars to display. Where the connected service and your permissions allow it, you can create or edit events in their original calendar. Read-only calendars and ICS subscriptions stay read-only. If you also use iCloud, CalDAV or ICS feeds, those can appear in the same panel.

Before connecting a work Microsoft 365 account

Your organization controls whether outside apps may access its Microsoft 365 data. If the Microsoft sign-in screen asks for administrator approval, your IT team must allow Zefir Calendar's requested calendar access. Installing the app does not bypass that policy. You can still use a personal Google calendar while the work account is pending, but you will not see the work events in Zefir Calendar until access is approved. See the account connection guidance.

Try the tray view

Install Zefir Calendar on Windows 11, connect your personal Google account, then connect your Outlook or Microsoft 365 account in Settings. Sign-in takes place on each provider's own page. Once connected, open the tray icon and choose the calendars you want to see.

The full feature set has a seven-day trial without a payment card. After the trial, today's events remain available in the free mode; the full feature set requires a subscription. See the product and plan details.
